Personality:Ranges from "Playfuly" evil to "devil wets his pants at the thought of this guy" evil. Takes pleasure in the suffering and pain of others as well as toying with them before their deaths. Anything that has no use for him dies and becomes a part of his power.
Description:His skin is almost albino pale and his eyes are a glowing sickly yellow. His hair is cut semi short and is a blue tinted black. Standing at 5"10' he towers over most humans and humanoids, excludeing elves. When he smiles it is easy to see blood stained teeth and a pair of stark white glistening fangs.

Brief History:Raiu was one of the origional founding members of the Riders. When he was 13 he was bonded with a dragon by the name of Tamreal and was one of the most powerful riders. When he turned 18 however he found a book bound in chains in an old section of the Libary. He took the book to his room, undid the chains and his life was forever changed. Makeing a deal with the darkest forces out there, he killed his own bond, Tamreal, and his wife to be in order to stay forever young and devoured their souls. He then left the Keep and traveled the lands, slowly becomeing more powerful untill he became a rare form of evil, a Arch-Shade.
Other:While wizards are able to remove their hearts for short ammounts of time, Raiu's heart is perminately detached, the only real way to kill him is with a Godfall weapon or decapitation. In his posession is the Godfall heavenly sword, though it has been taken over by Raiu and its mind changed with a copy of his, that is his power: to take control of minds and corrupt them. He wants all of the Godfall weapons for himself, in short, to become a god.
