Silvie looked back at Athera and nodded. "I was going to have Ai come down here once I found the deer and carry it back," She said. "Since none of my shifted forms are anywhere near large enough. But if you can get it Athera, that'd be wonderful."
"I agree," Ai said. "Silvie is always like that." She settled herself down, calling to her rider. Do you need help?
I don't think so, Ai. I think Athera is going to help me. Thank you though.

((Its no trouble, Kat))
Athera nodded at Silvie's request. "Its shouldn't be any problem," She said. She stepped forward, and clamped her powerful jaws around the deer's neck, and hoisted off the ground, carrying it high so it would drag as little as possible. [We're heading back to the Keep,] She told her rider, before trotting off towards the Keep.
[Good to know,] Arion replied. He paused a moment, looking out at the sun. It was sinking low in the sky; his time as guard would come to an end soon. He turned to on the path that would lead him back to the Keep around the time the sun had set completely.

Silvie smiled at Athera. "Thanks!" She said happily. She shifted again, this time to the snowy-white hawk she so rarely used. She stretched out her wings and flapped, launching herself into the air and circling around Athera's head, diving around branches and through leaves.
Ai watched Arion with a lazy look, and when he started walking back towards the Keep she followed him. "I think when we get back, I'm going to find a nice place to curl up in the sun and sleep." She announced.

Athera looked up at Silvie as she soared through the sky, diving around branches acrobatically. She certainly was enthusiastic. She carried on with the deer, picking up the pace, wanting to get home sooner rather than later.
"There won't be much sun left by the time we get back," Arion told Ai matter-of-factly, but he didn't really want to disappoint the dragon, "You'll probably be able to catch the last few rays though."

Ai sighed. "I was afraid of that," She said. "Oh well, the rocks should still hold some warmth from the sun." She wasn't just going to leave Arion without some protection. Since Athera was gone with Silvie, she would protect Arion until his own bond could make it back. The dragon turned her head towards the forest when a white hawk flew out, letting out a loud, jubilant cry.
Silvie shifted and landed gracefully on her feet, a wide grin on her face. "Athera found the deer!" She said brightly, though she knew that Arion already knew. "She's amazing, Arion! She should be coming through now, I couldn't carry it on my own."

Arion nodded at Ai's words. "Yeah, they probably should," He said. It seemed as though the dragon wanted to protect him, and though he didn't feel he needed it, he did appreciate it. As Silvie shifted, landed, and spoke, Arion chuckled at her enthusiasm.
Athera emerged from the woods a few moments later, catching Silvie's compliments. She set the deer down and nuzzled the girl lightly. "Thank you, Silvie," She said warmly, "You're very kind to say that."
